GpsGate Server User Licenses

The first five (5) user licenses are free in the GpsGate Server Starter Pack both for private and commercial use.

You can add additional User Licenses to your GpsGate Server installation if you have more than 5 users on your server. All accounts on the server are counted as users (e.g. vehicles, operators and administrators are all users). License keys will be delivered to you by email after making the purchase.

The license is a one time fee and it includes free upgrades for 12 months. The licenses will not expire, but after 12 months a valid Maintenance and Support agreement is required for upgrades.

License requirement example:
All accounts on the GpsGate Server are counted as users (e.g. vehicles, operators and administrators). If you have 12 vehicles, 2 operators and 1 Administrator that would count as 12 + 2 + 1 = 15 users. For 15 users you need one GpsGate Server Starter Pack License and 10 additional User Licenses.

License costs for clients you use to send data to your GpsGate Server accounts are not included.

VAT information
