You can create any report with GpsGate

The GpsGate Reporting framework makes it possible to create any kind of report

And it is very easy to modify an existing one when you want to add your own data.

All reports can be run for both vehicles and drivers. Localization is fully supported, date format and units are picked from the application settings and report translation is done with simple text editing.

Reports are installed from Site Admin on your GpsGate Server by downloading (or updating) the Plugin with the report.

EC1002 Eco Report (Summary)

ThisEco report has simplified configuration settings and clear text driver evaluations. Drivers are categorized as “Excellent”, “Good”, “Fair” and “Risky” based on the driving behavior.

EV1000 Event Rule

This report gives you a detailed list of all events triggered by the Event Rules in your system. You can for example use it to see how vehicles are speeding, how much time vehicles spend outside a geofence or to get detailed information about temperature alerts.


The report includes the number of occurences, time, duration and location of different events.

System Report
TR1000 Trip & Idle (Detailed)

Detailed overview of vehicle usage including trip details and idle time. Trip details include start and stop addresses, trip distance, duration and speed information. This report is often used as basis for customer billing and driver journals, to verify trips and detect excessive idle time.


The report also includes totals for each vehicle and the whole fleet.

TR2002 IFTA Report

IFTA (International Fuel Tax Agreement) report used to simplify the reporting of fuel use by motor carriers that operate in more than one jurisdiction. This is a fuel tax report, listing all miles traveled in all participating jurisdictions.

TS1006 Sites not Visited

Sites not visited during the selected time period. This report is used to detect sites that have not been visited.


The report shows the POI’s ro Geofences that have not been visited grouped per POI category or Geofence tag.


(Use TS1007 if you want to filter out unwanted POI categories)

TS1008 Sites Not Visited (Geofence)

Sites not visited during the selected time period. This report is used to detect sites marked with geofences that have not been visited.


The report shows the Geofences that have not been visited grouped per Geofence Tag.


(This report is like TS1006 with the added possibility to filter out unwanted Geofence Tags.)

TS1009 Sites not visited (poi)

Sites not visited during the selected time period. This report is used to detect sites that have not been visited.


The report shows the POI’s that have not been visited grouped per POI category.

TS1010 Time on Site (Vehicle)

List of site visits per vehicle. This report shows the visits to to locations marked as Point of Interest (POI:s) or Geofences. The report is used to show the time spent on customer sites and to show the number of times sites have been visited within the selected time period.


The report includes time, duration, site name and address for each visit as well are totals for the duration and the number of visits. The report is grouped per vehicle.

TS1011 Time on Site (Site)

Time and duration of site visits per site (similar to TS1000, but grouped per site). List of site visits per site. This report shows the visits to to locations marked as Point of Interest (POI:s) or Geofences. The report is used to show what vehicles have been to a customer site and to show the number of times sites have been visited within the selected time period.


The report includes time, duration, site name and address for each visit as well are totals for the duration and the number of visits. The report is grouped per site.

TS1012 Time on Site (Vehicle - Site)

Time and duration of site visits aggregated for each site per vehicle (similar to TS1000 and TS1001 with one additional level). This report is used to show site visit details with one additional hierachy level.


The report shows vehicle visits to a site grouped per site with “sub groups” per vehicle.

List of all position updates with time and address. Use this report to get a detailed list of all position updates sent from your vehicles. This report is most used in implementations with less frequent position updates.


Each update includes the time, address and speed.

The total number of triggered events, listed per vehicle. This report is a summary of the details in Report EV1000. Use this compact list of all events in your system a for a quick overview.

FU1004 Fuel Report (Daily)

Shows the daily fuel consumption (e.g. liters/100 km) and fuel efficiency (e.g. miles per gallon) for vehicles in the selected time period.

Displays all the maintenance’s logs with its relevant information of the selected vehicle.

SG1000 Signal Report

List of the latest reported value for a selected device signal. You can use this to get a list of the last reported battery level, firmware version, the state of a switch or other signals supported on your devices.


The report shows the name and value of the signal and the time when the value was last updated.

Daily overview of total trip distance and vehicle utilization. This report is a summary of the details in Report TR1000. The report is used to get a quick overview of fleet utilization and to detect unexpected usage patterns.


The report includes summaries of the total distance driven and time used for each vehicle and the whole fleet.
