April brings practical updates across GpsGate to help you manage users, assets, and vehicle maintenance more efficiently 🚀
This month, we’re highlighting new improvements to Maintenance — a key feature for keeping fleets road-ready, preventing unexpected issues, and extending vehicle life. With email notifications and API support, it’s now even simpler to stay on top of service needs and support more efficient, sustainable fleet operations. Better yet, our Maintenance feature is free!
We’ve also added self-guided courses from GpsGate Academy into the platform, along with improvements to tracking visibility, asset management, and system configuration — plus a set of fixes to keep everything running smoothly.

User experience
We've made updates to our Maintenance feature that include:
- Configurable email notifications
- API compatibility to pull service log data and view upcoming services
- Allow exporting of upcoming services and logs to CSV
- Enable Maintenance via the Store or directly via Windows in the main menu
Further updates include:
- GpsGate Academy is now available in the platform. These self-guided courses cover GpsGate Essentials, Team Administration, and Signal Processing. All available in your Guide window!
- Users can now request a password reset link from User Settings -> Password details
Developer & system admin:
- It's now possible to create new users with the same local part of an email address
- New next month - you'll be able to see detailed release notes in the update window in the application
From our Device Integration Team:
- Our team updates signals and trackers from dozens of manufacturers each month. You can see the latest by checking the device manufacturer's page in Supported Devices
- Add support for the new router family from Teltonika Networks: RUTX50, ATRM50, RUTM50, RUTM59, RUT906, RUT976, RUT986, and RUTC50
User experience
- The Tracks panel has a new auto-refresh and indicator when new vehicle data is available
Developer & system admin:
- All assets now come with a pre-assigned editable template
- Add support for configuring Track Data Cleanup Schedules by group
- Fix a bug that affected the Billing window
- Fix track panel not showing data when all GPS positions are invalid
- Fix an issue that prevented the enabling of some device types
