Constant updates for a steady platform. This month, we’re fine-tuning your GpsGate experience with UI and technical enhancements. On the platform side, new workspace and view indicators make it easier to stay oriented as you navigate multiple applications.

User Experience
- Inviting new users to your application is easy from the Main Menu. From there, the platform sends an email invitation and now displays the sender’s name for improved clarity and context.
Mobile Fleet app
- Fleet app users can now scan a QR code in the platform to log in to the Fleet app—no password needed. Find this QR code in Main Menu -> Sign in on mobile.
- New users can now use their smartphone as a tracker in the Fleet app. If you are an existing user and would like access to this feature, reach out to support@gpsgate.com
Developer & System Admin
For system admins managing multiple applications, we've made it easier to see where you're working. The selected application, workspace, and view are always shown in the platform header.
- New buttons in the header make it easy to navigate between workspaces and views
From our device integration team:
- Updates to Meitrack, Howen, and IntelliTrac plugins
- New signals from Queclink & Teltonika, Ruptela, and EELink plugins
- New Suntech tracker ST4215, a compact LTE Cat M1 vehicle tracker
User experience
- Better handling for resizing of custom panel iframes to display external web content, for example, when created with click scripts

- Unify track filtering and normalization
As soon as we know about a bug, we fix them to ensure GpsGate continues to run smoothly.
Developer & System Admin
- Bug fix that caused the years in the datepicker dropdown to not be fully visible in Chrome
- Bug fix in the add Asset wizard that caused the port number to be displayed as "undefined" if a firewall was blocking that port. The correct port is now shown
- Fix error handling in cases where OneMap token is invalid
Device plugins deprecated with January 2025’s release Archiver, iBeacon, Solumatics, SkyWave.RamElectronics, UTek, and WondeProud2
/m Mobile web interface has been deprecated and is no longer supported. For the best access to our platform, download the Fleet app on the App Store or Google Play.
