The Vital Telematics TBC212 is a battery-mounted LTE vehicle tracker designed for simple installation and applications such as automobile insurance and usage-based insurance (UBI). It combines CAT1 connectivity with 2G fallback, dual-band GNSS, IP67 protection, and a built-in six-axis motion sensor for detecting driving events. BLE 5.3 support adds options for wireless driver identification, sensors, relays, and other connected accessories.

Integrated with GpsGate, the TBC212 delivers vehicle location and tracking data to the fleet management platform, where it can support real-time monitoring, driver behavior insights, alerts, reports, and other fleet workflows.
