We also added 3 articles overviewing core GpsGate functionalities to the Guide window. This means easier access to help with adding devices, event rule setup, creating reports, and more!

Support articles are now discoverable within in-application search
Get access to the support resources you need with GpsGate’s July release. After updating this month, users can find knowledge-base support articles directly in the platform. To get started, launch the in-application search with ctrl + k, and search for the topic you’d like to learn more about. Articles selected from the in-application search will open in a new tab in your browser.

We integrate new devices and platforms so that our tracking partners are set up for success. Our device highlights for July include:
- Integrated Trackunit’s construction platform
- New inputs and parsing fixes for Teltonika, Meitrack, and Ruptela
User experience
- Enhance localization handling for the Fleet app
- Add an option for users to assign custom names to simulated devices
- Update Arabic, Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, French, German, Hindi, Indonesian, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, and Swedish
Developer & System Admin
- Add support for gzip in REST API when request headers contain 'Accept-Encoding: gzip’
- Add “Last Password Set Date” column to the system user reports
Bugs happen. As soon as we know about them, we fix them to ensure GpsGate continues to run smoothly.
User experience
- Fix reverse geocoding in the Fleet App
- Fix an issue preventing users from adding spaces in the simulator name popup window

- Fix an issue where the HTTP-based protocol using port 8008 stopped working after the June release
- Fix check to see if the current user is the system owner of legacy licenses

/m Mobile web interface was deprecated with March 2024's release and is no longer supported. Download the Fleet app on the App Store or Google Play for the best access to our platform.
ArcGIS Geoevent Processor, Chat, and Garmin plugins were deprecated with November’s 2023 release.
Datcom, SUTRAN, and DLT Client plugins were deprecated with October 2023's release.
